the views from my room were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the garden with a private patio. the room itself was lovely and comfortable, with a large sofa so I didn't have to sit on the bed. I was also impressed with the excellent facilities in the room. the French door access to the car park right in front of the room was very useful, especially when dealing with baggage and kids. the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made it convenient for exploring the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I was pleased with the overall experience. 👌.

Rooms with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Waking up to the morning sun rising over the Dunstan Range felt like being in a beautiful painting. The serenity and tranquility were unmatched.
No air-conditioning during a warm spell.

Lovely staff on arrival and clean facilities. The restaurant staff were also lovely and friendly.
In the conference room there was no air conditioning and maybe they need to look at that but thats all.

The garden area, looked like it would be a lovely wedding venue.
The room we were in was getting quite shabby with peeling wallpaper and paint and dated fixtures and was not very clean, The handbasin was cracked. The balcony area needs to be smoke free as our neighbours smoke came straight into our room and we had to keep our door closed on a hot day.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel surrounded by beautiful wineries. We were very close to the town centre which made everything in Cromwell easily accessible. the large room was comfy, and the lovely staff provided excellent service. the attached restaurant/bar served incredibly yummy pizza. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially loved the kettle and coffee cups and glasses provided. the atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable.
The dingy and uninviting bathroom, which could use an upgrade.

Provided transport to and from function we attended, which was exceptional treatment Central location Easy to deal with, staff excellent
Some facilities a bit tired, however note they seem to be in process of upgrading. Bathroom in particular dated with cracks around bath and shower. Room only partly serviced (bed not made)
